Music For Adults & private lessons.

Lessons are available as part of my successful private practice, I am able to offer lessons at my home in Bewdley or at Little Witley Village Hall, WR6 6LP, near Worcester.

For the past 19 years I have enjoyed teaching a variety of students ranging from young people preparing for exams and auditions to those who are learning to play the cello as a hobby later in life.

Currently my youngest pupil is 7 years old and my oldest is a beginner who is over the age of 80.

Some students like to work for exams or auditions, others enjoy playing alone or with others, I like to get to know my students and develop their cello playing according to their own personal goals.

I have a 100% pass rate for my students who have taken ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall examinations.

As well as teaching privately in the county of Worcestershire, I have also been a teacher of Cello & Piano at various Independant Schools across the region.

Music for Adults @ Little Witley

I am the founder of the Severn Cello Ensemble to provide an opportunity for adult players to enjoy making music with others whilst developing ensemble skills. This group rehearses on a Friday morning from 9.30 - 11am or on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm - 8pm at Little Witley village hall, players can choose which session to attend according to their own schedule. The Phoenix Chamber Ensemble is a group ideal for adult enthusiasts of Strings or Woodwind instruments, we rehearse  a wide variety of repertoire every Tuesday from 1.30pm - 3pm at Little Witley. Ideal for players who are looking to play in a small friendly group. 

 

The Ventura Community Orchestra 

This brand new orchestra is for enthusiastic adult players of woodwind and strings. We rehearse once a month usually on a Friday afternoon between 1.30pm and 3.30pm.​​​​
